Pack your tie-dye t-shirts and practice those peace signs, Good Vibes Only Fest is back! Bringing new features, experiences and a venue you have to see to believe, here’s why you need to find yourself where the good vibes are this April!
Started in 2016 by London musician, Spencer Frost, the festival is gaining notoriety with each passing year. From humble beginnings, the festival has evolved into something spectacular! “This year, it’s going to be a two-day multi sensory festival packed with non-stop music and all sorts of festival awesomeness,” teases Spencer. This year’s sponsors include London Arts Council, Ontario Arts Council and The Organic Traveler. If anything is for certain, you’ll be leaving with plenty of smiles!
As if taking place on 420 weekend (April 19 – 21) wasn’t chill enough, here’s six more reasons to immerse yourselves in the feelgood vibes:
1. The Music
What’s a festival without music, am I right? The performers were curated to reflect the wild and trippy atmosphere. The selection features a righteous blend of funk to reggae and electro to lo-fi, as well as everything in between.
The Archer + Kow Stage will host the electro spectrum of the festival. There, you’ll be entranced by the sounds of Kow, Mikey Palermo, Bishop.Lo, Connor Philp, as well as Darien Knight & Wil.
2. The Venue
The event will be taking place at The Woodfield – a luxurious mansion located at 493 Queens Ave. Can you say you’ve been to a festival in a mansion? Well, now you can!
3. Art & Wellness Workshops
Can you have good vibes without the freedom of creative expression? Debatable, but let’s settle it! The venue will be housing pop-up art vendors. Among the vendors, there will also be live painting and yoga classes!
